• Enable Customer User 버튼 활성화
  • Person Account 설정을 활성화 해야 Enable Customer User 버튼이 활성화 됩니다.
  • Person Account를 활성화 하기 위해선 Account에 Record Type 필요.
  • Account Owner가 Role이 있어야 한다.
  • Contact 에서 Enable Customer User 버튼 활성화 후 클릭 시 Account는 자동으로 IsCustomerPortal이 true가 된다.

Experience Cloud 사용자가 [직접] 회원가입 가능 설정

• 설정 > Digital Experiences > Setting
  • 체크 : Allow using standard external profiles for self-registration, user creation, and login

Guest User 권한

• Profile 설정
  • 설정 > All Sites > Workspaces > Administration > Page탭 > Go to Force.com

• Public Access Settings 에서 설정

• Sharing Rule 설정
  • Guest User에 대한 Sharing 설정까지 해야 제대로 데이터를 활용할 수 있음.
